this week i helped a friend shoot a short film to advertise a week of events run by the christian union called broadcast. the film has to consist of people doing ordinary things with a cardboard tv on the head, i flmed it with a panasonic p2 and edited it in after effects, its not so much animation but it helped me improve my skills with after effects and dealing with video footage and sound.
i added the finishing touches to my experimental animation today:
the sound of a bike wheel spinning and the start and end as the wheel speeds up and slows down, and a simple titel and credit page at the beginging and end made on photoshop,
i have now managed to export it as a mpg and mov file for assesment as well as exhibiting it in an exhibition at woodland campus next thursday run by the FCU here's a link: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=192742337423414
here is what the graphics at the end look like

I had this done last week, but not had the oportunity to put it up on my blog till now. since making this i have finnished all the lyp sync and movement in my final flash animation, i still may possiblt add hands in the background and a opening title sequence.
Yesterday i did my final shoot for my experimental bike wheel animation. i have made 6 diffrent animation loops of 18 frames, and recorded them all spinning, i have booked out a digi lab today to edit all together and sync it to the music. here are some photos of the shoot abd the loops:
